We are packing up and moving to the US and cannot take our animals with us.
We currently have two goats for sale, first $250 and a wonderful home takes them.

First is Lilly, an 8 month old LaMancha beauty who is likely bred to a purebred LaManca buck--would kid in Feb I believe. She is beautiful, the dark one with no ears in the pictures. She is extremely sociable and sweet and playful and loves the company of our other goat, Cookie.

Cookie is a mini-Nubian. We think she was bred to a Nigerian Buck and should kid this month or next. She is a doll, very sweet, very affectionate. She had a broken leg and the cast has been off a few weeks and she seems perfectly healed. She was roosting with our chickens and we think she landed wrong when she jumped down.

We also have about 25 laying hens, a few are almost 2 but most are under a year.

I have a trio of Black Copper Marans that I would sell to the highest bidder. I would throw in the third Marans hen who lays a decent egg but she's not laying the super dark like the other two so I'm not counting her in the trio. If you know your birds, you'll know it's hard to find Black Copper Marans around NS and even harder to find them young (mine were hatched in March xxxx from eggs from the Davis/Jeane lines from the States). The Marans were vaccinated for Marek's. (THese might be taken already, so email me)

I have one green egg laying Ameraucana.

I have several Isa Browns about 8 months old.

I have a few older hens still laying well (1-2 years old) in a variety of types: Australorp, Chantecler, Wyandotte, Brahma, Silkie).
I have a Silkie cross rooster hatched this summer.
My Silkie hen is broody almost all of the time. She'll hatch every time she gets a chance.

Pictures to be posted soon. Meanwhile, if interested, please feel free to email me with your offers.
My birds are free ranged all day every day. They are fed layer pellets and kitchen scraps and are spoiled beyond belief. I don't want someone to adopt them only to lock them up in a cage. These birds have always lived the good life and I"d like to find similar homes for them.
